Macro %'s
What %'s do you have your macros set to and why? I have mine at %40 protein, %40 carbs and %20 fat. My personal trainer suggested those and I have PCOS so I try to limit carbs to help with that as well. I was just wondering what others have theirs set at and how you came to those settings? Thanks!

I'm thinking about starting to do the carb cycle method next week. Do any of you have open diaries you would let me see using this method? I also wanted advice on how to reset my macros and calories. Do you change these on MFP every day? Did you set your macros at a certain % etc? Thanks!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake (request!)
So I'm in love with the low calorie burner chocolate PB shakes they sell at my gym by Shake This. Does anyone have a recipe for a shake made like this with pb2? And how do you incorporate the pb2 so it doesn't stick to the wall of the blender?
