I get it every once and a while but every time I start working out again it happens. I got a shoe insert that was supposed to help with it, and it was great while working out last night but this morning when I got up OUCH! It is always the worst when I start to get up and around and now it does not really hurt at all but dang I was not expecting it to hurt more than it did before. Should I keep using the insert? It really did make it better when I was working out it was just this morning where it hurt.
I have such a hard time with shoes because I wear a 10 wide in women’s and I have not been able to find any new shoes. I have been wearing older ones that actually fit my wide feet but part of the bottom inside is kinda falling appart lol. There is a running store in my town that will test your feet and use machines and everything to find a good shoe but that store probably wouldn’t have a good walking shoe right? I live near a Reebok and Nike outlet stores so I am going to look down there this weekend but I called ahead and the Nike store said they only had one shoe in wide
Sorry that turned into a rant thanks for listening and providing any advise you may have!

A running store would be good. I imagine they would put you in a 10.5 wide. You can also look at zappos.com. I really like Brooks.0
