I've been a member here for quite some time, but this past Monday I decided to actually get serious again. I decided to be conscientous about logging what I eat and seems to be helping. So far I've lost just over 6 lbs. this week. Hope it continues...I still have around 75 lbs to go.

I too have around 100lbs to loose. I really haven't set a date, but I'd like to do it before i retire in about 18 months.

As a snack, I really love low fat Triscuits and Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Maybe 5 or 6 crackers with a nice gob of peanut butter, chased with Lipton Diet Green Tea.
