Thank You. I keep going to some topics like a mad woman and finally I did get it!!! haha Basically do the workouts 1, 2, 3 etc mean Week 1, Week 2??? PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG. Starting Stage 1, Workout A will be 2 sets each doing Workout 1 ? then next lifting day will be Workout B, each 2 sets Workout 2?

But why does it have 4 sets for each workout? Am I suppose to do it all? Plus workout 1,2 workout 3,4 etc is confusing me lol

I've been diagnosed with PCOS since 2002?? Yes, it's is a bit harder especially if you eat too much wheat (breads, cereals, etc) also milk is suppose to be bad for us, But anything is possible if you exercise and eat healthy. No matter if you lose weight or not, keep exercising..... Never lose hope. I have not yet…

i started @ 198, now I am 158. What helped me was running, strength training and eating healthy. Just be patient and never give up. You can do this, anything is possible.

I gave up soda a while back, I used to drink a lot of regular soda then I switched to diet soda and finally I gave it up.... it's the best thing I ever did. I drink mostly water or green tea. Add some lime to your water (no sugar). Kudos to you....

I was afraid of sagging so I took my weight loss slow. I wanted to be committed for the long run not just a few months. So far so good.... I was/am losing an average of 5 lbs a month. I strength train 2x in the beginning but now I do it 3x a week

make sure you stretch really good after your workouts. and start slowly, do not do too much at once. The goal is to be active.... Best of success girl.

You are doing great! Don't be disappointed, I haven't lost weight in a month. The positive side is I am not gaining and I still feel healthy. Just keep doing the workouts and eat most of your calories back.

I get nauseous! so I am on a roller coaster drop 1-2 lbs but gain it back when I start to binge Lol...... drives me crazy!

I am terribly sorry for what you are going through. Do not give in to any vices. When I left my husband, I started to gamble. It took me a while to get out of that road. I was destroying myself..... I then got myself a trainer (I thought if I can afford to gamble, I can afford a trainer lol) and I choose to spend my money…
