take it one goal at a time. I was there at one point. I have changed my eating habits, I drink mostly water or green tea. The only one I have gotten quite down is getting more sleep..... it is depressing sometimes. focus on the great things you already have accomplished and work from there.

I now eat mostly unprocessed foods. Lots of green smoothies (kale, spinach, mixed berries, chia seeds, protein powder), greek yogurts, lots of water, green tea. I do "cheat" more than I should lol But I try to eat pretty clean. I run, lift weights. Be patient and be consistent. Keep trying and do not give up

I started running when I was 190 lbs, I was out of shape, it took me 2 1/2 months to finally run 2 miles straight! I have been training since August, I started 192 lbs and now 160 lbs. But I have been taking it slow though, I don't like stressing myself. But I can tell a difference in everything. I can do regular pushups, I've done 20. Before I went to her, I did 120 jumping jacks in 15 minutes, now I can do them in 2 minutes.... more…

i started running @ 15:00 now my pace is 12:00 in a matter of 4 months. But I kind of slowed down on running since it is winter. I can't stand running a lot in treadmill lol Hope to get back to it again once Spring comes

ive been made fun of too!!! :( it's hard but you keep strong and in the end all that matters is that you are healthy. In Christmas, I told my brother, I don't drink soda then he gives me one, i forcibly drank it LMAO

Thanks. I do cardio and basic strength training. I need to work on my protein (macro) stuff.... now does anyone know how to change the protein/carb/fat/ etc limits in the food diary??? LoL

I don't know, I enjoy it. Usually my lunch varies. I love my smoothies..... I get lazy and it's a quick and simple. This has been like 7 months in the making. I've changed my eating habits completely. I try not to eat fast food, or processed foods for the most part.

that's the problem with me, I can not eat food in moderation hahaha!!! I did notice a change in my body since I started to add protein powder to my green smoothies.

im getting hungry...... lol thanks for posting a list :) there is so much info out there about what to eat, and not to eat. I just need to figure what works best for me. But definitely I need to add more protein in my food intake.
