On May 24 my best friend had the surgery. I even encouraged him to have it done. On June 20th he passed away due to complications from the operation. This is a dangerous procedure to have. I can't tell you how bad I feel.

Docs don't like for you to tell them they arn't doing a good job. I have to fight with mine all the time to get him to help me. I hope your not stupid cause I signed up to do one in Nov. I'm far from being a runner but I'm working on it. Figured it would give me some inspiration to get off my butt and get to moving. Right now I can run about 40secs but that's better then when I started a couple of weeks ago.

I talked my doctor into putting me on Armour. I'll never go back to synthroid. I feel much better once the dose was adjusted.

Depends on what mood I'm in. Applesauce with cinnimon or dried cranberries and almonds or half a banana. I use almond milk as well. All of them are delish.

Had to fight with my Dr. to put me Armour. Would not go back to synthroid, feel much better. Took a while to get my dose right but I'm on track and doing great now.
