New Goal
I've always been focus on the number on the scale but now I'm going to focus on a new goal. My birthday is coming up in April. By my birthday I want to fit into a size 10. I'm wearing a 12-14 right now so this should be doable. I got off track during the Holidays and it's time to buckle back down and get to work. So I will…

Left over Gluten Free bread....idea
I made some gluten free, sugar free cranberry bread. It turned so so, kind of dry. I got an idea to try making bread pudding with it. OMG it was awesome. Ate it warm out of the oven. I just did a search on bread pudding and used a basic recipe. Switched out splenda for the sugar. Try it you'll love it.

If I start feeling bad I'm going back to my old dose. I hate that he base everything on my TSH and nother else. I tell I feel…

Small loss but big to me!
I'm down 10lbs! This is the lowest I have weighed in many years. It took watching my calories and I started running. Now really it's more walking then running right now but I'm getting there. I have to think my changing from sythroid to Armour has to be helping.

In November I intend to run a 5k race. With that as a motivator I hope to get up and get it off. Would like to find others out there to help me…
