New Goal

I've always been focus on the number on the scale but now I'm going to focus on a new goal. My birthday is coming up in April. By my birthday I want to fit into a size 10. I'm wearing a 12-14 right now so this should be doable. I got off track during the Holidays and it's time to buckle back down and get to work.

So I will log my food. I will do my workouts. I will run 3 times a week. I can do this!
