Agreed. To be totally unhelpful some days I do both, some days I do one or the other and some days I do neither. I try to listen to how my body feels but never how my mind feels because then I would not do anything :laugh:

For me when it is a high intensity workout my HRM is always higher than MFP! I always adjust my time so that my calorie count on MFP equals my HRM!

So am I correct in assuming that you put more than just coffee in your cup. As coffee alone has very few calories. I used to drink coffee all day at work and then over the course of a month I weened myself down to just a cup at home before work and water only at work. I did have headaches but it was so worth it. I recommend Polar too, my wife has the FT7 and loves it's simplicty and reliability. I have the RCX5 for multisport and never had a problem.
