Mine is just fine but I use kefir instead of milk and I make sure to put the oats first than kefir and than banana and berries and mint leafs. Than I cover it and put it in the fridge.

I am generally against bans as suck but strongly for labeling. Make a big fat label where it clearly states what teh stuff contains and give a REAL information on recomended daily values and I woudl be ok with it.

Yes you can. There are vegetarians and vegans here and despite what some people tell you it is possible to be healthy as one. There si enough plant-based protein sources so if you are smart you'll be fine. But it is IF you are smart.

happened to me to. I went from over 160 to 123 and my boobs are A cup now. they have never been more than B but now they are really tiny. Oh well ... I prefere tiny boobs and small waist than big boobs and big belly. Plus, small boobs stay percky even when you age. It's a benefit I guess :) Enjoy them!

Was it whole grains? If yes than t is more than ok. Not all carbs are the same. You can totally loose weight eating whole grains. Don't worry.
