5'6 here, I feel the best at about 122 , I have been down to 120 but I felt constantly cold so ... 122 is my aim. After Christmas I am about 127 now so I need to loose those few ponuds and tone those abs :)

Thanks a lot! I had a look at this and I am a bit confused ... Is it really necessary to run those short runs? 3 -4 miles? I mean ... I run 10 km (6.2 miles) rather comfortably 4 times a week and I wonder why all teh plans call for such short runs. What is your experaince? Is it really the way to do it that works best?

Everything. I just recently ealized that a pack of sugar free chewing gums and a box of tictacs together have close to 100 cals and I have been eating about 2 packs of gums a day ... so yes, what goes in my mouth gets logged. As someone said "Your body logs everything".

I would say swimming, pilates or cyckling ... depanding on your injury but swimming seems to b always teh safest one.

Thanks for advice! I am a generally quite fit person and I run 10 km in about 55-60 minutes few times a week. I am going to sit down and make myself a training plan because I plan on running a marathon next September and few people here had great tips.
