I hope to average 30 min. daily cardio including some strength. Off to a good start. Got 40 min. cardio elliptical.

Will try. It's not been a great week. Sick dog,(better now), 4 grandkids one day, helping a sick friend, getting run down a little myself, but managed about 220min. of exercise this week.

Thunder and lightning today so pool closed. I plan to do my new cardio glider twice for 20 min. each time. It is like an elliptical only you sit. It is a recumbant elliptical. Works both arms and legs.
