In a moment of weakness today, I bought a Hershey's chocolate bar to "supplement" my lunch, but after I ate the sandwich & counted out pretzels that I packed, I was full and just didn't eat it. Not even one square! at the beginning of the summer, that beautiful milk chocolate would have been gone!

I like to microwave 1/2 cup applesauce with 1/2 cup water for 1 minute, then add 1/2 cup lite cinnamon applesauce. Canned pumpkin with a tablespoon of light cream cheese sounds like I need to go grocery shopping and pick some up! I put banana or blueberries in sometimes, but only after I have finished cooking it.

I don't really have a cheat/treat DAY, but rather about 3-4 meals spread out over a week. Any day under TDEE is a win.

There was a retirement party for a dear sweet man at work 2 weeks ago. my boss bought five 12-packs of soda and there were 3 left over. They are sitting in the break room still because I have had not one drop. Before this summer, I would have had a minimum of one per day.

The baseball & softball teams at my kids high school are having a fundraising 5K fun walk/run next weekend, and it was nearly an hour before I realized that I was considering participating instead of just volunteering. This would not have EVER happened about 2 months ago.

There isn't really any food that I can't eat anymore, but I am getting to where I just can't have a second(or really big) helping of anything anymore. At McD's, I had a plain cheeseburger and a small order of fries, instead of any kind of a value meal. And it was enough!

Bought a belt about a month ago with 5 holes in it. At that time, it was just right on the first hole (biggest size). This morning I comfortably fastened it on hole #3 for the first time.

My TOM hasn't been quite so bad since I upped my daily water intake. Keeps me from some of the water bloat and the "not enough cards in the world" cravings.

Decline to answer on the grounds that I can not pick just one. But of course, that kind of carb-tastic eating is one of the reasons why I am 168 lbs :) My new best friend is Blue Diamond vanilla almond milk with a hint of honey! Gives me the sweetness that I used to get from sugar loaded cereals!
