So this week is 250 minutes of cardio - 35.7 minutes a day. Are we going to go up 10 minutes each week? Yikes!

I signed up for "Expert" without really thinking about it. Luckily, I just did the math and it's only 35 minutes of cardio a day! THAT I can do! Whew. When does all this start anyways?
