Try having ONE cheat meal each week on the same day. During that meal, eat a dish you wouldn't normally be allowed to eat on a daily basis... pasta, fried food, chicken wings...etc. Maybe that will help you stay in check the other 6 days of the week. I know, I struggle with eating out at some places too. But I just wanted to add that there are a few restaurants that are mainstream chains that have reduced calorie options... Ruby Tuesday's lists calories next to the entrees on the menu... Applebee's has 550 and under options..... BJ's Brewhouse has a 550 and under menu.…
