Wow I have a similar build broad shoulders but small waist ppl can't tell i've lost weight until i get into the 120's again because my chest is so big I'm DDD (i know it's sad) but my waist is 29.5 and i'm 134 5'2. I'd love to be 115!

I think we are Not that Heavy Twins! CW: 134 LW: 126 GW: 115 I run 4-5x and do Jillian Michael's 30dY SHRED 2-3x a week. Hope to lose it all by July by getting into weightlifting and controling my calorie intake. 1200/day right now. We'll support each other

I love that! WL is SIMPLE. Like many have said, "Calories in, Calories out". It's just so hard to stick to that guess it's just a matter of self control.
