You don't really even have to lose any fat for it to happen. Say you don't work out for 2 months because of a sprained ankle, and then you go back and you're working out hard for 2 weeks or something. 99% of the time your flow will come late. (:

I just realized I'm a day behind. I totally thought today was Wednesday.. That's why I posted about my wish! haha! hmm.. Thursday truth: I have my heat set up to high even though it's been hitting like 60 in the day time, because the nights have been freezing.. or in my books, freezing!

Wednesday Wish: My wish came true, I am one of few that are being considered for a second interview. The HR of the company is going to meet with all of the hiring managers and decide which of us they want to interview again. I will know by mid next week. Very exciting! *Whew*

Tuesday Goals: Not too much more than my goals from last week. One that I want to accomplish is getting below this number I keep hitting for the past two weeks. I have seen this EXACT number the past two weeks in a row. Which is better than going up, but still! haha!

I hit the wall when I did C25K two years ago around the same time you did. Saturday success: Did my 10K :) It was really really tough and very hilly, but i finished, and with a 12:10 pace. I call that good.
