My goal for today is to do my 30 day shred workout (done) and do my second mini workout this afternoon, and stay under cals, also up my water, trying for 10 glasses today, was way too thirsty last night! I find I go in phases on this, I will not be hungry in between meals for a few weeks then feel like I'm starving...so, for me protein really helps . I'm happy to share my personal experience. I lost for a while, then had to stop to keep losing, also, I was miserable b/c I couldn't stand the low cal foods I had to eat in order to make room for alcohol on a regular basis, and am happier now eating more healthy, "normal" fat foods and indulging maybe once a month or so…
