  • RJ74, You're right about not eating back exercise calories, EXCEPT when calories eaten - calories burned by exercise (your "net") takes you below your BMR. It took me a few days to figure this out, so I was still netting below BMR for the first week I thought I was doing reset. :) It takes a while to figure this all out.…
