I think like everyone said ..its normal..if your not going to be hungry and not waking up in the middle of the night there isnt aproble..its normal. I am a huge fan of breakfast and try my best to eat no longer than an hour after I wake.. and I do tend to eat bigger breakfast than any other meal.

I weigh in after about an hour after I get up... I try not to do it daily.... usually mondays and fridays....Mondays lets me know if I went to crazy on the weekends and friday helps me not go crazy on the weekends LOL where do I get one of those great trackers... I need to explore alittle more I think
