I have the same thing, large fibroid, havent done surgery yet. I was going to have it done last year but then changed my mind. Wanted to lose weight first. Thanks for the advice. I never tried the coconut yogurt, I did not like the almond or soy either...There is 1 latose free yogurt but it only has 3 flavors. I have been using the coconut creamer for my coffee. I didnt think to make the other stuff with the coconut milk... TX!!

wow sounds exactly like me, same here , weighed 240 last year, got myself down to 212 then started MFP..love it. Never told my husband how much I weigh either , esp since he weighs less than me ( not for long though!!) I am down 7lbs, but still have a way to go.
