That's me in 2007 -approx 240 lbs second pic was from yesterday - 133 pounds - still have a few to lose and some toning - I was able to get off of high blood pressure medication last month after being on it for 14 years -

Down almost 100 lbs
So my heaviest weight recorded was 243 during pregnancy - then I somehow got back up to that number a few years ago- I say somehow but I sure as hell know how it happened ... I want to try low to no carbs to burn fat - success stories?
I was eating over 100 g of carbs daily - I want to try less than 50g a day to burn this last stubborn 20 lbs of old fat- any success stories ? Advice?

Probiotics
help! Anyone have a good probiotic that they take - I have been suffering for years with stomach issues - I finally scheduled an appt with a GI- but I want to see if a probiotic will help me first as well .

BELLY FAT/thighs

Help I am in a slump
I started MFP August 2012, I lost 30lbs. Prior to that I lost an add'l 30 on my own, so 60 since 2011. I am proud that I stuck to this because I have NEVER stuck with a diet before. This is now a new lifestyle for me. However, I feel like I am in a slump. I exercise at least 4xs a week, treadmill for 40 minutes or aerobics…

breakfast ideas
Any ideas for a NON DAIRY breakfast...My breakfast is either an egg white omlette, oatmeal or last resort of PB & J. I am limited because of the dairy issue. Any good recipes?
