Same here . Trying to maintain . Tried to blame the start of menopause as to why I gained . When it was all my doing. Need to get back on track and lose the 20 lbs I gained .

I gained 17 lbs - however it was mostly water from high sodium from eating out almost every day - I lost it in about 2 weeks

Screw them - don't let negative comments get to you - you did good - you were determined even though you were hurt - wipe your tears and keep doing what you are doing - I have had people tell me I needed to lose weight - oh you have a pretty face ( that's the usual over weight girl compliment) - now I get negative comments…

I am still losing baby weight and they are almost 20 and 18 lol ! Ok it's not baby weight but I like using that excuse rather than the fact that it was my fault - hang in there

There's nothing wrong with YOU- start slow - start by logging your calories to see where you are - then make that change - start eating clean - eliminate the processed foods , the sugars etc- incorporate some exercise - even if it's only 20 min a day - start there and then build it up - you got this

[ MFP (from what more saavy MFP'ers have said) works on the idea of eating back calories that have been burnt through workout you might run your stats through a TDEE calculator and see what you get for an idea for calories if you aren't eating back workout[/quote] Thanks for the info !

According to mfp I shld be eating 1200 calories - I am at that amount - I don't eat my exercise calories - right know I have a few lbs I want to get rid of - once I'm there I'm guessing I can do that - it's so confusing -

I showed my boss a pic of me when I was much heavier - 240lbs - she said I don't remember you that size - I said well my scrubs probably hid it well she replied - scrubs couldn't hide all that - lol thanks

No secret really - diet and exercise - portion control - nothing crazy - 1200 calories
