Hello everyone, I am just getting started again after a horrendous year which cannot end soon enough. I look forward to the journey and hopefully some moral support from anyone. I am from Ottawa, Ontario and need to lose about 60 pounds....ouch.

    I lost over 100 lbs - most of it with the help of MFP - and excercise- feel free to friend me - we all need the support and accountability
