Planning to start C25K tomorrow. I have never run in my life. I can walk but cannot run am hopping I will be able to transition to being a runner using this program. I am going to start on a treadmill. Good luck to everyone.

Indulging in some of my favorite food is motivation for me to exercise more so that I can stay under my calorie goal. We all need to indulge once in a while else we will not be able to sustain and reach our goals. Don't worry Be happy :D:D

Great question. I was wondering about this. I have limited time on Mondays and Thursdays as I travel and was trying to do extra in the weekend to compensate and found that I was behind per MFP and was not that hungry.
