I weigh in on Thursdays so I will be reporting here for the 1st week. I lost 2 lbs. so a pretty good week. I was able to meet the challenge for the week and looking forward to doing the same for next week. SW: 190 CW: 170 GW: 150 Half way there!!!

It is difficult, especially if the food is in your view from your desk. Some things I do: chew gum, go for a quick walk, do anything to take my mind off of it and if none of those work, I make a deal with myself that I can have a serving at the end of the day.
