I like to bake them in the oven at 350 for an hour. I usually serve half a potato with my meat and mash it with my fork with a tsp of butter and cinnamon :) simple and worth a try.

You can always bring some prepacked snacks. Nuts are a great source of protein and you can weigh them out ahead of time.

You look awesome. Such an inspiration. I am 5'7" and a little over 15 pounds into my weight loss ( started at 184). I can't wait to loose 30 pounds. Its a big milestone :)

It is whatever works best for you, as long as you can get your exercise in. I have been told by several reliable sources that it is important to eat before a workout, even if its something little.

make sure to drink plenty of water to fill you up, it will aid in portion control

I am on day 5 of the first session. I find it motivating to turn the volume on the video down and crank up the volume on the own fav jams. I think it helps me from getting bored with it.
