Yes, I reduced it by 25% and I still think that 1,664 is a bit too high, considering that I need to lose 50lbs. I kept my calories at 1200, but considering bumping it up a bit.

So my protein should be higher than 37.2g, in addition to my fat at 18.6? I'm still trying to figure this out. Thanks

I'm following, but not completely. So you have both DVD's, I haven't purchased the second DVD yet. I'm wondering what changes they made to the new meal plan.

Thanks, I'll so some digging online to find a better tool to determine my macros. As mentioned, I'm fairly new to the process and still learning. I definitely used the two sites mentioned as guides.

Thanks, I don't know my LBM, I'm still very new to IIFYM. Actually my protein and carbs (40%), are my goal weight. So maybe lowering my carb intake would be best.

Thanks for the post. I used the IIFYM site, and my carbs were insanely low. However, when I used macronutrient site, using the same information, in addition to wanting to lose 2lbs per week (to lower my caloric intake a bit), it stated my CPF percentages should be 40/40/20 (160,160,36), and should lose weight with those…
