I'm on Cambridge Weight Plan, have 3 of their shakes a day and get about 410calories a day.I've done lots of research on VLCD's pros and cons..ultimately it's everyones own choice how they choose to lose weight. Same means don't work for every person =) Gl to all on your paths!! =)

I had a check up before I started, I'm in good health and good to go. I'm trying to eat healthy balancing protein, carbs and fat + I take vitamins and nutrition supplements. =)
