I'm set for 1 lb per week, they have me at 1360 a day (just updated and now it's 1320). Height 5'5", weight 162.

Thanks so much for your responses! It really helps to hear I'm not alone :) I'm following the calorie intake that MFP proposed - how do I know if that's too little??
