  • Ate at Mimi's cafe last week.. Thought I would order a salad, OH, my choice of a muffin comes with it. So ordered a carrot raisin muffin. Looked up the calories on MFP,holly ,molly 600 calories. Well, didn't eat it all. Got to be careful!
  • Best suggestion. Whatever you order, get a to go box when your food comes, divide it in half and put the other half out of sight. Another meal another day. At least you will cut your calories in half.

  • Stir fry any vegetables you have and use a bunch of seasonings,ie, garlic, tumeric, itialian seasoning, basil. Very few calories and make a whole pan full. Any calories left over, just melt some mozzarella or feta on top then microwave til melted. Very yummy!
