This is great. I wish I would have done just this. You look amazing. I think you are going have to switch clothes for your progress pictures soon. Look at how everything is just falling off of you.

If you are looking for cookbooks I really enjoy the biggest looser cook books. The food is more normal just made lighter. Plus, the recipes give the nutrition facts.

I LOVE my coffee in the morning and usually in the afternoon also. I drink it cold 2 cups coffee + 1/2 to 1 cup light chocolate silk = Delish

I have been getting rid of them. I did keep one pair of pants to hold up to my body once the weight is gone, but that is it. I never want to return to old large self.

I have not cut out anything either. I have however make sure my yummy coffee drinks are made lighter. I know some times this is done using artificial sugars but sometimes a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.

I have the Zumba 2 for the wii and I love it. It is a great workout for the winter and there are so many choices for the game. You can even create your own workout, sorta like making your own dvd.
