  • Thank you... I don't skip meals. Sometimes, I just use them in other categories since they already there, but I definitely eat at every meal. I am cutting back on the fast food and the soda and trying to eat mostly at home. I'll look into the food scales.

  • I'm still working out just as hard... doing zumba and weights a couple of times a week. I am getting about 4-6 hours in a week. I'm just wondering if I need to up my calories? It's all so confusing. lol!

  • My go to meal is a salmon patty (I buy them at costco) with steamed veggies. I also keep crunchy veggies around and apples. I love to have a 100 calorie bag of popcorn in the evening. I try to save enough cals for some chocolate chips with it :) If I eat like this regularly, I definitely see improvements.
  • I used to zumba 6 times a week for a while, along with other work out classes. I saw some definite results! So much fun!
