It can't hurt! I like to mix up a concoction of water, Bragg's ACV, honey and lemon extract, tastes like lemonade, although Bragg's also makes a couple of ACV drinks as well. I like to think it helps keep things moving along....

Hated it, I shot up to over 200 lbs when I was on that years ago. There are a lot of other birth control options out there, best of luck to you!

I've tried it, a good additive to shakes and I like PB2 & yogurt but I mostly use it in protein shakes

When someone confused a picture of me with one of my mother. Don't get me wrong, I love my mother, but she's got the "honey-badger-don't-care" attitude when it comes to healthy food choices! Fortunately, since losing some weight I've convinced her to "come around" to my way of eating!
