  • This is looking very promising! I just finished day 2 of week 3 and I feel great and confident that I can finish strong by week 9. I have incorporated my strength training and toning on my c25k days and my next weigh in will be sunday so I will update my weight hopefully I have lost a lil bit.

  • Yesterday I did w2d1 and it was hard for me! I did finishbut it was a challenge. My next day will be tomorrow and hopefully it will prove to be a little easier as i progress.
  • Did Zumba Exhilarate Program the Mix dvd 60 mins burned 500 calories! Yay this is so fun 5'4 CW 143 next Goal 139 lbs-- Weigh in Sunday next week hopefully i am closser to my next goal. I Hope to reach that in about 2 weeks or less

  • I am going to begin this program I hate running and if this will help me to get fit and get more comfortable with it I am willing to do it! This program coincides with my goal of reaching my goal weight by July 10 so I will add it to my weekly workout regime.

  • So I decided to take my other hrm back to walmart and I have a Polar FT4 on the way i did a comparison and theings linke that on heartratemonitors.com and that really helped a lot i dont want basic but i dont want advanced so this seems perfect and i spent 88 dollars on Amazon.
