I've lost 21 lbs!
I hit my 20 lbs mark and my goal is to lose 30 lbs. After i reach 26 lbs lost I plan to dedicate more of my workout routines to target abs and toning my legs and arms instead of losing weight. Does anyone have any tips for me when I start?

Is 1260 too little calories a day?

I am sooo excited
I stayed within my calorie goal without any problems today! I did notice however that when you work out your supposed to eat back those calories, i didn't know that at first! I can pretty much eah what I want minus the junk food and sodas and still lose weight!
