I am starting to incorporate a hair care regimen in my lifstyle change along with exercising so if anyone has any tips i am open for suggestion! This is just the next step in my lifstyle change and I already feel better.

a super intensive moisturising conditioner once a week applied LIBERALLY to your hair and then wrapped with cling film - saran wrap what ever, leave it for an hour then rinse with cold water. SHINY SHINY SHINY Gorgeous hair.

Especially if you are thinking about extensions...or you chemically straighten - i chem straighten mine twice a year, and i swear by this. ive never been told .... oh your hairs damaged. xx

What kind of hair care are interested in? I got rid of all the shampoo/conditioner residue switching to baking soda and apple cider vinegar. My hair is no longer greasy or even needs to be washed everyday like it used to.

2 tbs baking soda to 8 oz of warm water to "wash" -- rinse
2-3 tbs of ACV to 8 oz warm water to "condition" -- rinse

    dry and straighten as usual.
