I've lost 21 lbs!

I hit my 20 lbs mark and my goal is to lose 30 lbs. After i reach 26 lbs lost I plan to dedicate more of my workout routines to target abs and toning my legs and arms instead of losing weight. Does anyone have any tips for me when I start?

    Congrats on the weight loss! What do you do for exercise?

    If you've never lifted weights before, I'd see if you can talk to a personal trainer. They can give you routines to do and show you how to lift the right way so that you don't injure your self.

    I haven't really lifted weight before lol just my 3lbs dumbbells so yeah I should do that. Over the past 3 month ive done a combination of Zumba, C25k, and what i am doing now is Jillian Michaels 30DS.
