last on is always first off...... so if you put it on your face last [like I do] and my calves and ankles are last too.... that is where it comes off first....

my first fat from my teen years was my thighs..... sigh..... I am in my late 50s now.... when will I get rid of that? but keep going, it will all come off and if you move and tone and strengthen, it will look even better!

yup. Keep on keeping on. It'll happen soon enough.. and then you'll be ticked off at all the $$ you're spending to buy new pants.

Same with me. When I lose I usually stay in the same clothes, but notice less lumps around my waist where my pants smash my stomach... or I can pull my pants up over my huge thighs more easily (without have to do that dance and lunges to pull them up. haha).

Your body is changing, but if you evenly proportioned, then a little bit off of everywhere may not "show" as much as someone who loses it all from their stomach.

Have you tried measuring yourself?? I've lost 9 and still in the same clothes, but I have lost inches.

I've lost 14 pounds too. I started in January and it has been slow with a few detours. Now I'm determined, being 55 and very overweight has a terrible effect on arthritic joints. I got very serious the week before last, calories under 1700 every day. Last week I added 20 minutes on the treadmill every day. Week before last I lost 5 pounds, today i couldn't wait to get on the scale and see what the addition of the treadmill had done. ONE POUND! I am very disappointed and I don't get it.

I'm hanging in there, treadmill all week, healthy food, didn't cheat once. And another whole pound in a week. I have lots to lose and at this rate it will take two years to lose it! I will get a tape measure, see if I'm losing inches, thanks for that idea.
