    Add another 100-150 calories somewhere so it's closer to or over 1200, and it'll be perfection.

    I`d say it looks good.Maybe get closer to 1200 if you`re exercising.Do you drink your quoto of water.?

    I would add some more protein so you can achieve that 1200 calorie goal. If you don't hit that make your body will think you are starving it and you don't want that because then everything will shut down and you won't be able to lose at all. Good luck to you! I think you are definatley on the right track!

    definitely add more protein - especially if you exercise - maybe some nuts, or extra tuna etc
