  • I have a one and I love it. I find the steps, floors and calories to be accurate. I do use a HRM for running though and I log that through MFP or Runkeeper which then syncs back to Fitbit. When running, my HRM gives a higher calorie burn than the fitbit so if anything, it underestimates the calorie burn while running…

  • Also, if you haven't heard of the 'swoop and scoop' you should google it and then try it. I was wearing a cup-size two sizes too small until I tried this method in the shops. Way more accurate than being 'professionally fitted', in my opinion.
  • My favourite bra is the barely there by Berlei. I'm in NZ and I think Berlei is an Australian brand so not sure where else it is uavailable. They are super comfy, true to size, provide great support and the they have a lot of sizes. I am an E cup and I won't wear anything else for day-day wear.
  • I am the same. Have had no issues at all until this morning - now it is not syncing to MFP at all.
  • I'm getting married in 5 and a half months. Have lost close to 4kg and I have another 8kg to go to hit my goal weight. I won't be too stressed if I don't make it as long as I can tone my back and arms up before the big day.
  • I am 5'2 and my goal weight is around 125. Currently at 146. Although I am more concerned about the measurements than the number on the scale :)
  • Hi Hrehorets, 11 months is a great amount of time, you just need to set yourself a plan and stick to it. What are your goals? I'm also getting married but in 6 months and kept thinking I had heaps of time.... I only started my new lifestyle a couple of weeks ago. Am down 1kg only 10 more to go :)
