My scale is just as evil as yours!! I too would like to find a reliable scale...Ive found that if I step on my scale a different way each time I get a different read!! Go figure...

eat some veggies..celery and laughing cow cheese or cucumber or zucchini and hummus(my fav)??...I'm not super fond of milk..but that seems to curb my cravings too...:smile:

I'm in too!! New to MFP..and Ive been obsessed with the scale...gonna put it away til monday mornings..I'm sure this will curb my eating and drinking on the weekends!! Lets do it!
