I focus on protein, veggies and fruit then fats. I add some concetrated forms of carbs or treats if I have room.

If I had made an omlette, I would add seperate entries for the amount of eggs used, then any fat used and any fillings as they could be so variable. Same for beef and everything really.

Is their a reason you can't reduce the amount of protein and/or carbs and increase the amount of fat you eat?

Of course if you dont starve or over eat you will be at a healthy weight. PMDD and binged to cope. i was 210 pounds at my highest. Lost weight after my PMDD was treated, now at 140 pounds.

It is normal to lose a lot more weight in the first week or so, the rate at which you are losing now (0.5kg a week)is good. You just need to be patient as you say.

About 12,000. many times, usually I don't log as I cant remember what I ate but this is based on the few times I have logged from wrappers etc. BED sucks. I am making progress though. :)

i just ate about 20 of them vitamin gummies. should of had some actual sweets, least they would have tasted nice.

i sometimes estimate veg and fruit depends if I can weigh them or not at the time, herbs and spices, vits, low calorie drinks, occasional mints, low sugar jelly, random things that have negligible calorie contents etc. it doesn't seem to affect my weight loss, if I does I will tighten up my logging.

if you have only lost 6kg over 2 months I doubt you are really only eating 500 - 600 calories a day. how are you measuring your intake?

You are underestimating your portions then so your calories are off and you are eating a lot more calories than you estimate you are. Weighing your food is a bit of a hassle but your method of losing weight is not working so maybe it is worth the bit of extra effort.

I love normal pepsi max, it smelled gingery but I could not taste any ginger, it just tasted a bit blah like a cheap cola. will stick to regular from now on.

this is max. he isn't on a LC diet as he is really is my parent's dog. he lots of liver and cheese though. when we used to feed him meds we squished them in peanut better or cream cheese. i hope the fat wasn't why they didn't work as he has behavioral issues and they were suppose to calm him down so we could train him…

it says the nutrients per slice grilled on the pack of mine so i use that. it is accurate enough for me.
