I completely fell off the wagon the past 4 days, went on a junk food eating spree :explode: ... grrrrrr...... not gonna weigh in (for week 3) or I'll probably cry or get a heart attack. :sad: i'll be good this week and look forward to weigh in next monday! :bigsmile:

I need these to stay motivated, something to look forward to. I also don't exercise on cheat days. Well, it's a cheat day, i'm gonna enjoy it! :bigsmile: Yup, I still manage to lose weight. :wink:

I think I haven't met the the right guy. Those around me are frat boys-ish type guys which is a turn off. Perhaps I'm in college or I may be mixing with the wrong crowd... I really don't know....... I prefer someone more mature, sophisticated and self-confident. Oh and polite and have manners... but those guys are usually…

Yup it's normal. I usually gain 3-4 lbs and occasionally 4-6 lbs during this period, grrrrr... very frustrating. :grumble: And speaking of cravings ......... my cravings go through the roof the week before TOM as well, it is insane! I can't stop eating, chewing away all day like a cow lol! :blushing:

Same here and my chocolate cravings has already started! 2 whole regular pizza hut pizza, a pint of ice cream, 2 pieces of KFC chicken, plus fries and potatoes, all in a single meal. I put it into MFP and it's more than 7,000 calories. This was in december 2010. lol. :grumble:
