I agree. I log my food even on bad days and not logging it doesn't mean it didn't happen. I've eaten 6,000 calories in a day :embarassed: and i log that too lol. The only time i didn't log was during a road trip where i ate whole bunch of miscellaneous junk food making it impossible to quantify.

How about going to the gym after class? I can't seem to drag myself out of bed in the morning too but the gym at my university closes at 10.30pm so I can always squeeze in some time for workout in the evening.

I don't like to go to bed hungry so I always have a light (under 100 calories) snack if i get hungry. Was just reading online that Kelly Osbourne eats half an apple before bed to help her lose weight, not sure if that works lol, but i'm going to try it. :wink:…
