I use 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese and a dash of mustard.
100 cal. per can of tuna
45 cal. per 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
    0 cal. mustard.

Very tasty and low calorie too!

I like to eat my tuna with the Special K Savory herb crackers 120 cal. per 24 crackers. Very yummy lunch!

Try Substituting Avocado for Mayo =)

Avacado is good on just about anything! Yum! ...excellent suggestion!

Great post and ideas. Tuna and chicken are my two new best friends since I try to hit 200 grams of protein daily without red meat. Lots of ways to make chicken. Not so many with tuna. Keep the ideas coming. Thanks everyone.

I saw someone on here earlier who suggested using the Tostitos creamy spinach dip. She said it was lower in cals than mayo, and very yummy. I'll see if I can find the thread.

    Here it is:

Flavored hummus is yummy in it. I also like the 100 cal Gaucamole packs in it!

My absolute favorite is 1 cup of rice, 1 can tuna, 1tbsp light mayo, with Nori Komi Furikake (Rice Seasoning). Unfortunately it only works with white rice, brown tastes funny.
