    17th - 1 hr 20 mins (1 hour Body Attack & 20 mins 30 day Shred L2 D7)
    18th - 45 mins (Legs, Bums & Tums) Had to pass on 30 day Shred today. Sore throat making it difficult to breathe!! Back on it tomorrow hopefully.

    20th - 2 hours (Gentle walking)

    I have 11 hours left in 8 days...I'm not going to make this! I have been on track since I joined the group...but I joined late in February and I was sick so didn't get in a lot of exercise early in the month!

    But I will definitely plan on doing this for March because I know I could do it then! You guys are all doing great...finish strong!

    I logged an incredible amount of exercise time this weekend: 298 minutes! I walked 9.83 miles and spent over an hour and half lifting things these past two days.

    Don't give up.

    Use President's Day and next weekend to knock out a bulk of those remaining hours. If you are a runner, try adding some walking before/after you've completed your regular routine. You'd be surprise how quickly you can log an hour of exercise just walking.

    Eight days = 8 x 24 hours = 192 hours. You can use 11 of those hours to reach your goal. You've been doing a great job, just keep at it.
