    did 40 min of Zumba + Just Dance2 in the morning, and 65 min. of treadmill walking (2.5) in the evening.

    total so far: 6.17 hrs.

    Feb 3 - 33 minutes on elliptical.
    Feb 4 - no workout, traveling.
    Feb 5 - no workout, traveling.
    Feb 6 - 61 minutes on treadmill.

  • Ok I am serious about this challenge, just wasnt sure what we were doing for tracking and logging. Guess that we are just logging it on this thread, sounds easy enough

    I am only at 191min out of 1440 minutes!! I am going to have to step it up!! Hopefully this will get me MOVING!!

    I exercised for 215 minutes so far this month. That works out to about 3 1/2 hours. A little behind of where I need to be, but I am looking forward to a great week of workouts!

    Hurt my knee yesterday so had to skip workout class. Instead, did 60 minutes of milder exercises around the house.

  • I did well today, I logged 60 minutes (30 minutes walking and 30 minutes rebounding).
  • Worked out this morning for 60 minute with the One on One with Jackie DVD.
