    Been a crazy week so have not kept up with the boards:

    2/1- Day off (worked till 9:30pm)
    2/2- 75 min (45 with Trainer then 30 on treadmill)
    2/3- 60 Minutes (30 Stationary Bike; 30 Treadmill)
    2/4- 60 Minutes (Personal Trainer session)


    Total so far: 3 Hours 15 minutes

    Four days in, 376 minutes (6hrs 16min), this should be pretty attainable.

    2/2--30 minutes weight training and 1 hour pilates
    2/3--1 hour step aerobics plus abs
    2/4--1 hour bodyworks
    Total--3.5 hours

    2/2 28 minutes (1 mile WATP + warmup/cooldown)
    2/3 33 minutes (28 minutes Gold's Cardio Gym boxing + 5 minutes stretching)
    2/4 46 minutes (2 miles WATP + warmup/cooldown & 14 minutes Gold's Cardio Gym boxing)

    Total = 107 minutes (1 hour, 40 minutes)

    24 days and 22 hrs, 20 minutes to go! Time to step up the exercise!

    1st - 2hrs 20 mins (2 hours gentle walking with my mum and gran & 20 mins 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 2)
    2nd - 1 hr 20 mins (30 mins C25K W1D2 on the Cross Trainer because of a niggly ankle & 20 mins 30 Day Shred L1 D3)
    3rd - 1 hr 20 mins (1 hour Body Attack & 20 mins 30 day shred L1 D4)
    4th - 1 hr 5 mins (20 mins 30 day Shred L1 D5 & 45 mins Body Conditioning)
    5th - 20 mins (30 Day Shred L1 D6)


    6 hours 25 mins down.
