I didn't say that I was in until now. But here are my hours up to this point.
Feb 1- 30 minutes of Wii fit free step, and 15 minute wii fit free run, 10 minutes wii Rhythm boxing
Feb 2- 1 hour wii fit free step, 10 minutes wii Rhythm boxing
Feb 5- 30 minutes of wii fit free step, 15 minutes of wii Rhythm boxing
total-> 2 hours and 50 minutes as of Feb 5th0 -
2/1--day off
2/2--30 minutes weight training and 1 hour pilates
2/3--1 hour step aerobics plus abs
2/4--1 hour bodyworks
2/5--45 minutes step aerobics, 1 hour 15 minutes Zumba

Forgot to post yesterday. Yesterday I did EA Sports Active 2 and took a walk, and today I took a walk, did Wii Fit Plus, and some heavy housecleaning. So between the two days, I have 169 minutes, bringing my total to

did 40 min of Zumba + Just Dance2 in the morning, and 65 min. of treadmill walking (2.5) in the evening.

Ok I am serious about this challenge, just wasnt sure what we were doing for tracking and logging. Guess that we are just logging it on this thread, sounds easy enough
I am only at 191min out of 1440 minutes!! I am going to have to step it up!! Hopefully this will get me MOVING!!

I exercised for 215 minutes so far this month. That works out to about 3 1/2 hours. A little behind of where I need to be, but I am looking forward to a great week of workouts!
